The Offenhauser 5187 Wedge valve bolt is a critical component in the engine of Mopar 413 and 426 engines, particularly those used in drag racing and hot rods. This bolt is designed to withstand the high-stress environment of a high-performance engine, ensuring optimal engine performance and longevity.

The Offenhauser 5187 Wedge valve bolt is made from high-strength, heat-treated alloy steel. This material provides the necessary strength and durability to withstand the extreme temperatures and pressures generated by the engine during operation. The bolt has a 12-point, high-tensile socket head cap screw design, which ensures a secure and reliable connection to the valve head.

The bolt features a chrome plated finish, which not only provides a decorative touch but also offers corrosion resistance. This ensures that the bolt remains in good condition even in harsh environmental conditions. The chrome plating also makes the bolt easy to clean and maintain, extending its service life.

The Offenhauler 5187 Wedge valve bolt is designed to fit perfectly with the Mopar 413 and 426 engines. It has a thread diameter of 0.625 inches and a length of 1.75 inches. The bolt is also available in different thread pitches to cater to the specific requirements of different engine models.

In conclusion, the Offenhauser 5187 Wedge valve bolt is a high-quality, durable, and reliable component for Mopar 413 and 426 engines. Its heat-treated alloy steel construction, chrome plated finish, and 12-point socket head cap screw design make it an excellent choice for high-performance engines.
